ABOUT

When I first entered the design field, I began at Microsoft in the user interface and experience world. After starting in production, I moved on to an envisioning team, and then into digital product design.

After some time, I returned to my interest in fashion and took a role at Nordstrom on the Digital Custom Content team. I worked on numerous division-spanning projects alongside digital editors to provide complementary design for their content. We worked on a diverse range of projects—design campaigns, fashion week, charity news, blogs, and everything in between—operating as a small agency within the company.

In 2013, Olivia Kim joined Nordstrom, and our team took on all of her creative needs. I generated content, photographed products, and designed site experiences and corresponding assets to build her brand within Nordstrom.

Our team later became Creative Projects and, subsequently, Creative Campaigns. For the next five years, I designed new shop concepts based on Olivia's vision, art directed photo shoots to support those concepts, helped launch Space (a shop for new and emerging designers), and worked on additional divisional creative campaigns as needed.

In 2018, I began collaborating with the beauty division to create site content. By that fall, I was working closely with the digital beauty editor to plan creative concepts to be executed in the following quarter, taking on responsibilities formerly led by the division’s Creative Director. Together with the editor, photo art director, and in-store visual team, we aimed to elevate and evolve the holistic vision of beauty—focusing on growth, creative evolution, and reaching a wider audience while aligning with business goals.

By 2020, I joined Amazon Fashion as an Art Director, focusing on programs and customer experiences that later evolved into a photo art direction role. During that time, I helped launch the designer division, Luxury Stores; owned and art directed the Plus category; and directed the digital presence of Making the Cut for all three seasons, while delivering a range of programmatic work. Additionally, I worked to templatize processes for efficient execution while pushing creative boundaries and testing new capabilities within the team.

In 2023, I began a contract with TGD (TenGun Design) to assist with their newest client, Amazon Pay. Following a successful engagement, the client requested that I remain on the account, cementing my role as Senior Art Director. In this role, I helped rebrand and build assets for their new visual direction.

As work expanded, I moved on to our Meta account, collaborating with designers and a writer to refresh the design of their third-party storefronts for global distribution. With each successful launch, our relationship with the client strengthened, and the volume of work increased. By the third refresh, we had developed a strong team and system, allowing me to transition to a new client.

With Adobe, I worked alongside our Creative Directors to develop and design demand kits and white papers for their B2B marketing initiatives, highlighting Acrobat AI Assistant. The work scaled quickly, the team grew, and we established a steady, efficient flow.

In 2025, I joined ShopHouse as a freelancer to support their Coach account. There, I worked on the North American online storefront for both full-line and outlet. Additionally, I ideated concepts and designs for online marketing using existing assets, collaborating with the production team and developers to deliver best-in-class work while elevating the brand in alignment with the vision of the director and CEO.
